(1) Lazhong film packaging
Lazhong film packaging is a fixed method that uses Lazhong film to wrap the packaging box and tray together to form a whole. First, fix the first end of the film in the gap of the packing box, then rotate the turntable carrying the tray, so that the film tightly wraps the packing box and the tray together in the state of pulling the film, and finally the end is tightly attached to the inner film, the film is automatically closed, and its resilience makes the packing box and the tray fixed. The number of film layers is generally 2-3 layers. This method has the advantages of simple operation, no heating, but can not form a fully closed package, so the moisture resistance is poor, and the binding force is weak, suitable for light goods binding.
(2) shrink film packaging
Shrink film packaging is a fixed method that uses shrink film to firmly seal the box together with the tray as a whole. It usually shrinks the film into a plastic sleeve of a certain size, puts the packing box together with the pallet, fixes the lower part with the pallet, and then heats the film to shrink, wrapping the pallet and the packing box tightly. If full closure is required, a shallow sleeve can be placed on the bottom of the pallet before palletizing to seal the bottom. This method has the advantages of tight wrapping, uniform stress, moisture-proof, waterproof and dust-proof, that is, the quality of goods is not damaged in the open air, but the cost is higher. Suitable for expensive, high health requirements of product packaging.
